1. Right of withdrawal – Private customers (B2C)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Belgian law, the private consumer has a 14-calendar-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.
To exercise this right:

The customer must notify their decision in writing (email or postal mail) to the address:

Conditions:

The product must be unused, intact, and in its original packaging.

The return must be made within 14 days following notification.

The return costs are borne by the customer.

After verification of the product's condition, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days via the same payment method used during the purchase.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

To used products, damaged or incomplete
-
To personalized or installed products
-
To unsealed software or consumables
-
To sales to professionals
2. Returns – Professional customers (B2B)
Sales to professionals are final and binding.
No returns or refunds are accepted, except in the following cases:

Product delivered damaged (verified upon receipt with photo proof and carrier report)

Proven order error on Dekoriam's part

Specific written agreement from Dekoriam for exceptional return
In these cases, the return must be requested within 5 working days of receipt.
3. Return procedure (all customers)
Before any return, the customer must contact our customer service at:

No package returned without prior authorization will be accepted.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

4. Product condition
Returned products must be:

In perfect working condition

Unused (in the case of a B2C withdrawal)

Delivered with all original accessories, manuals, and cables
Any product that is damaged, used, or incomplete will not be refunded or exchanged.
