1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded via the website www.dekoriam.com, operated by REYYAL, [sole proprietorship], with its registered office at Rue Max Roos 45 1030 Brussels, registered under BCE number: 0804.394.571

These GTC apply to all customers, whether professional (B2B) or private consumer (B2C) residing in the European Union, particularly in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

2. Products

The products offered are decorative equipment.

The descriptions and photographs appearing on the Site are as accurate as possible, but Dekoriam cannot be held liable in case of errors or omissions.

3. Price and payment

All prices are indicated in euros (€), including VAT (TTC) for individuals, and excluding VAT (HTVA) for professionals.

Payment can be made via:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Bank transfer

  • Secure payment platform (e.g., Stripe)

The order is only validated after full payment has been received.

4. Order and acceptance

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Dekoriam reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a previous dispute, fraud, or suspicion of non-compliant activity.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated and communicated at the time of order.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.
Risks are transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except for consumers where the risk is transferred at the time of receipt.

6. Right of withdrawal (only for private consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian law, the private consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or bear any costs other than those of return.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

  • To professionals (B2B)

  • To personalized goods or goods clearly adapted to the customer's needs

  • If the product has been used beyond normal trial use

7. Legal guarantee

For individuals (B2C):

In accordance with the Belgian Civil Code, consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee in case of non-conformity.

For professionals (B2B):

The commercial guarantee is 12 months, unless otherwise specified in the product sheet. Conditions are specified at the time of purchase.

No warranty covers:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use or inadequate maintenance

  • Intervention by an unauthorized third party

8. Liability

Dekoriam cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage (loss of business, loss of earnings, etc.).
The user is responsible for compliance with regulations related to the professional use of machines (e.g., laser training, authorizations).

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site (logo, texts, images, videos) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written agreement.

10. Data protection

Your data is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Disputes and applicable law

These GTC are governed by Belgian law.
In case of a dispute:

  • The consumer can use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

  • Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Dekoriam's registered office will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
